How We Approach A Remodel

A remodel starts with understanding the house you already have. We walk through it with you, looking at how it was built, what the structure will allow and where the architecture has room to change, so you know early whether the plan calls for new finishes, new walls or a new foundation.

What Sets Our Work Apart

Remodels happen next to neighbors, often on narrow streets with little parking. Our jobsites stay clean and quiet, deliveries are planned around the street, and clients regularly hear compliments from the people next door.

What We Do

Our remodels range from full interior rebuilds to structural work most contractors avoid, like shoring up an existing house to excavate a new garage beneath it. We’ve also modernized homes by architects like Mark Singer and Anders Lasater, keeping the original intent while bringing the house up to date.
