Every custom home starts on the lot. Before design begins, we look at it with you, whether it’s a level coastal lot or a steep hillside, and help you make sound choices that suit the architectural style you’ve chosen.
Many of our homes are modern, with steel, glass and concrete set into the slope rather than fighting it. Joe’s eye for design shows up in the details, from how materials meet to how the house frames the view.

Foundations, access and staging are worked out before construction starts.

Yes. Most of our work is in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach and Corona del Mar, and we’ve also completed homes outside those areas, like the Courtyard House in Huntington Beach.
